Kaino, a specialized recruitment firm, is hiring an Italian-speaking IT Consultant to join a technology company based in Milan, operating in the transport and mobility sector across 5 continents.

You will be part of a team of 200 employees, working directly with local clients on projects involving the deployment and optimization of business software solutions.

MISSIONS :

As an IT Consultant, you will act as the bridge between client business needs and internal technical teams. You will support projects end-to-end, from functional analysis to the implementation of customized solutions.

Your main responsibilities :

• Gather and analyze client requirements
• Write technical documentation for the development team
• Perform data and functional analyses
• Advise clients on solution implementation and train them on best practices
• Configure route optimization tools
• Collaborate with the Service Center for incident tracking and support

PROFIL :

• Engineering degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
• Fluent in Italian & English
• First experience in a consulting role
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact directly with clients
• Analytical mindset, adaptability, and strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of databases, Excel, SQL
• Understanding of APIs, Microservices…
• Proactive approach and structured working methods
