Your role ?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Building Connections: Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, on-site meeting, participating to market events…)
• Closing Deals: Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Sourcing Talent: Conducting searches and selections of candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Driving Success: Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth.
• Hitting Targets: Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with support and resources at your disposal.

Your profile?

We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, IT Sales or Business Development (ideally Saas or similar industry)
• Fluent French
• Good command of English
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
• Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
