Kaino, a specialized recruitment firm, is hiring a Network Project Manager for a global leader in telecommunications and IT infrastructure solutions, based in Barcelona.

MISSIONS :

As a Network Project Manager, you will oversee the deployment, procurement, and migration of network solutions for various critical infrastructures, ensuring smooth implementation across multiple locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Project Coordination: Managing customer-facing projects related to network infrastructure deployment and migration.
  • Network Implementation: Overseeing the rollout of secure connectivity solutions (e.g., SD-WAN, corporate network integrations).
  • Procurement & Logistics: Ensuring hardware acquisition (e.g., routers) aligns with project specifications and cost estimates, while coordinating global logistics.
  • Migration Planning: Developing migration strategies, scheduling transitions, and minimizing downtime during network upgrades.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal teams (engineers, solution architects, procurement, operations) and external partners or customers.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks (e.g., hardware incompatibilities, connectivity failures, delays).
  • Technical Oversight: Working closely with network engineers and IT infrastructure teams to validate technical solutions, without direct hands-on configuration.

PROFILE :

  •  Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in network project management, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of network solutions (preferably SD-WAN) and data center migrations.
  • Experience working on large-scale international projects in telecommunications, IT infrastructure, or enterprise networking.
  • Ability to manage complex environments with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and logistics for IT equipment deployment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
