As HR Data Analyst, you will be a key player in the analysis and management of HR data in order to support the strategic and operational decisions of the HR department.
MISSIONS :
- Collect, structure and analyse HR data to provide dashboards and strategic reports.
- Monitoring and interpreting key social performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, professional equality, etc.).
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of data
- Participate in data management and optimisation of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Manage databases on social benefits and advantages
- Collaborate with management control teams for budget reviews
- Work in close partnership with the HR Manager Country to ensure process alignment
PROFIL :
You have at least 5 years of experience in social management control or HR data management.
You have computer skills, as well as an aptitude for analysing and managing databases.
A bilingual level of English is required for the post.
