Kaino, a specialised recruitment agency, is recruiting a Product Owner Data / MDM in CDI for a global player in the field of Health in Paris.
You will lead an IT & Digital team of more than 200 people and thus participate in the group's digital transformation programme.
MISSIONS :
En tant que Product Owner Data / MDMYour main mission will be to drive the technical and functional evolution of several data references (Master Data), in close collaboration with the technical and IT teams.
À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités sont :
- Collaborate with the IT staff, IT teams and external partners to define the vision and roadmap of several Master Data.
- Elaborate detailed user stories, defining objectives, timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure consistency of the roadmaps with the group's transformation programmes.
- Animate and coordinate the development of MDM products, ensuring their quality, performance and safety.
- Accompanying the methods in the governance, quality and security of data, in accordance with internal and external standards.
- Participate in tests and trials of MDM solutions, ensuring that they meet expectations.
- Former and assist the users, by drawing up the necessary documentation and procedures.
PROFIL :
- Graduate of a business school or a master's degree in management, with specialisation in IT or data management.
- Experience of at least 2 years in MDM projects.
- Mastering the concepts, methods and tools related to Master Data Management, as well as good practices in the sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and ability to work in collaborative project mode.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Experience in project management in agile mode and V-cycle.
- A knowledge of TIBCO's EBX solution and the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
